i always start all my workouts briskly walking for 30 minutes on the treadmill at an incline. i watch kimora lee simmon's life in the fab lane show while i do this because each episode is around 30-40 minutes so i keep myself distracted. or if im feeling for something different i'll go on the elliptical instead of the treadmill.
at the moment... the workouts that im doing consistently everyday are 10 minute waist + tummy workout, 10 minute hourglass abs workout, 5 minute stomach vacuum, 5 minute abs and small waist pilates workout routine, 5 minute everyday pilates lower abs for abs. and then for booty i love to do 12 minute booty workout (with resistance bands or weights), and 10 minute bubble butt burnout. now for my arms and back i do 10 minute slim back & better posture, 5 min slim and toned arms workout, and 8 minute victorias secret angel arms. if u guys want more on working out and stuff i can make a post on that too!

i've been consistently journaling for about three years now and its been fabulous. i can get all my thoughts out onto paper and not feel like im carrying a million pounds of stress on my head. i feel overwhelmed a lot because i do SO much and journaling has really helped me.
also i have a super fabulous therapist who helps teach me how to ground myself, and just take care of myself better so shes great. if u can't have a therapist right now, journaling is great... and between me and you... chat gpt makes a great therapist.
i love meditating every now and then when i feel like i wanna just immerse myself in my brain, another thing i do to keep a good mental space is digital detoxes. every other week i get off of tiktok and it has been SO great for me. i also don't use my phone in the mornings because i just need time to get ready and have a screen free morning, its rly so pleasant. if im sad, i cheer myself up with shopping.

so there are four menstrual phases. luteal (before period, when u start to feel sluggish) menstrual (during ur period) follicular (after ur period so improved mood and brain function) and ovulation (ur feeling confident, like the summer of ur body). the way i incorporate cycle syncing is just, during my luteal phase i won't over-stuff my agenda bcuz ik i get super sluggish and cranky.

i also make sure to pour into myself during the menstrual and luteal phases. i plan my bigger projects during follicular and ovulation. i plan my workouts accordingly too, and set aside extra time for rest. i eat a lot of soups during my period -> red meat and fermented foods during follicular -> fibrous foods during ovulation -> and healthy fats and chocolate during luteal.
its super simple! and to make it simpler think of it like seasons. ur menstrual phase is the winter -> follicular is the spring -> ovulation is summer -> and luteal is fall.

The swamp didn’t hum so much as it gurgled. Thick with secrets and soggy roots, it whispered in the way rot sometimes does—quietly, insistently. The first week, you carried him by his leg.

Slymphs are aquatic parasites commonly found in brackish water, such as estuaries and coastal swampland, though certain species of freshwater slymph may be found inhabiting the shallow regions of lakes and slow-moving streams. They typically range in size from a few inches to roughly a foot long, with the largest specimen on record measuring just over three feet.
Slymphs feed via the suckers on either end of their body, marked by two or three concentric rings of teeth. Once a slymph latches on to a host, it injects a cocktail of neurotransmitters that serves to convince the host's nervous system that the slymph is a perfectly healthy part of their body. The host will subsequently react negatively to any attempt to remove the slymph, with similar intensity to the proposed amputation of an arm or a leg.

Multiple cults and communes have grown around the appetites of an emperor slymph, as a surplus of people to feed on means the quantity of blood drawn from each is reduced to a mere tongueful, almost ceremonial. Some adherents of this faith will claim that their mutual feeding has created a bond closer than love or kinship. As their philosophers and theologians propose, not entirely without merit: the slymphs' compatibility with our biology suggests a shared design that runs through our disparate natures, as if all the strange and wondrous creatures of the earth are more fundamentally the same than we realize, each of us an outstretched limb of divinity, flesh of flesh and blood of blood.

Was knocking around this idea with @hotluncheddie the other day and, heh. Something stuck.
Dough

Tucked into bed with one last sweet treat pressed to his lips for the night, a little last minute addition that Steve gasps out something about "gonna help you rise so good baby."
Tomorrow, Eddie will get to spend the whole day smoking weed and lounging in the sun, being happily baked.

I've decided to challenge myself with the 75 hard. I'm not pleased with how my body has looked this year and I decided i just want to improve my appearance overall and after a bit of research i decided the 75 hard would be a good way to achieve these changes.
Id like to work on keeping my stomach flat, I have a relatively small waist but I bloat really bad and I don't really like how it makes my outfits looks so I want to find out what causes my bloating and also workout more to keep in shape.

Thoughts on All Might's Muscle Transformation:
The logistics of All Might's muscular transformation is actually due in part to a weak genetic holdover from an ancestor's quirk. Not strong enough to be detected or considered a quirk but strong enough that his muscles are slightly different than those of a regular person outside of his bloodline. This is similar to how Tokoyami has his beak and birdlike head with that not being his quirk, and other similar seemingly non-connected appearance changes.
Essentially Toshinori's body can produce temporary muscle cells which would normally be held together by the physical crystalline structure of One for All. With One for All weakened or gone, the muscles can still form but have less structure holding them and thus break down quicker. The process of breaking down produces a gas, possibly similar to the bloat stage of body decomposing.
Thus, it probably doesn't smell that great when he runs out of time.
It was either cellular decomposition or water, but water wouldn't make sense to me. He would have to drink a lot more water than the average person and considering his stomach's reduced capacity he would definitely be constantly dehydrated and that would affect his reaction times etc. Also, the water weight "muscles" wouldn't exactly have the same firmness as regular muscles, he'd be visibly squishy unless the muscles were somehow firmer on the outside which, I can't really imagine happening. So, cellular decomposition it is.
He could probably pass it off as bad gas or something, but I feel bad since it's just one more thing for him to be insecure about.

It's ferritin-less girl here. I've been to every specialist my physician has sent me to - gynecologist, gastroenterologist, hematologist, you name it. I don't have celiac disease and my pylori test came back negative.
I know about caffeine, tea and alcohol reducing iron absorption. That's why I take my iron supplements minimum 2 hours after I had them. I also take 1 gram of vitamin C every day for about 2 weeks every month to help with period flow and iron absorption. I also regularly take folic acid.
My periods are normal I'd say. I don't bleed in between, no spotting or anything. Had uterus ultrasound, everything was fine.
Talking about iron from food, I eat meat basically every day. Chicken, turkey, beef, and I usually pair it with some kind of vegetable/salad. On weekends I try to eat fish like salmon, tuna.
My physician suggested to keep taking iron supplements and when I'm done, to just keep tracking iron levels and start taking supplements again when it starts to drop again.
